Sarah Sullivan
Sarah Lee Sullivan is the founder of SBS Executive and Risk Advisory, where she supports organizations through periods of transition, stabilization, and growth. She holds degrees in accounting, finance, and economics from Southern New Hampshire University and is currently completing a master's degree in clinical mental health counseling. Her professional background spans nonprofit finance, executive leadership, and governance, with a focus on strengthening financial systems, improving oversight, and supporting long-term organizational sustainability.
Since relocating to the region in 2020, Sarah has been actively involved in the community through various service organizations, primarily in a finance/treasurer capacity. Her passion for serving on the ATS Board is grounded in both professional alignment and personal experience, having seen the impact of substance use challenges among family and friends. She values the role ATS plays in supporting individuals on their path to recovery and is committed to advancing its mission through strong governance and financial stewardship.
Sarah brings a thoughtful, steady approach to board service, emphasizing clarity, accountability, and sound decision-making. She lives in Traverse City and enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, cooking, and entertaining.
