We understand the hard work you’ve already put in and we’re here to help with your ongoing journey of recovery.
We’re proud to o er a wide set of outpatient services* that meet you where you are to keep things moving forward.
*All of our outpatient services take place at our main 1010 Building on Garfield Avenue in Traverse City.
Health Clinic Services
Onsite healthcare available with a full-time medical provider specializing in addiction and mental health. Services include Medication for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD), specialty Long-Acting Injectable medications, basic medical care, and integrated psychiatric evaluation with medication when needed.
Assessments
Comprehensive clinical assessments to determine treatment needs, including substance use evaluations, mental health screenings, and driver’s license assessments. You don't need to be enrolled in an ATS program to set up a consultation for treatment recommendations.
Group Counseling (In-Person and Virtual)
We offer in-person and secure telehealth staff-led groups for those who want additional support with others in recovery.
Naloxone Kits
Take-home overdose reversal kits containing naloxone (Narcan), a medication that can rapidly reverse opioid overdoses. Kits include education on recognizing overdose signs, how to administer naloxone, and steps to take until emergency help arrives.
Therapy & Counseling (In-Person and Virtual)
Individual therapy services o ered in-person or through secure telehealth, focused on substance use, mental health, coping skills, and overall wellness.
Comprehensive Support
Additional wraparound services including peer support, case management, and care coordination to help individuals navigate treatment, connect with community resources, and address personal barriers to recovery.
Safe Syringe Program
A harm-reduction service providing sterile syringes, safe disposal, education, and linkage to treatment to reduce infection risk and support safer use practices. All SSP participants are anonymous.
