Krysteena Burfield, Chief Program Officer
Krysteena Burfield, LLMSW, CAADC-DP, serves as the Chief Program Officer, bringing nearly a decade of experience in the social work field and specialized expertise in addiction treatment. Since beginning her career in social work in 2016, Krysteena has dedicated herself to supporting individuals and families impacted by behavioral health and substance use disorders.
Since 2020, her work has focused specifically on addiction treatment, where she has played a key role in program development, clinical oversight, and the implementation of evidence-based practices within residential and outpatient settings. As Chief Program Officer, Krysteena provides strategic leadership for clinical programming, ensuring services are trauma-informed, person-centered, and aligned with best practices in the behavioral health field.
Krysteena is a Limited Licensed Master Social Worker (LLMSW) and a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor – Development Plan (CAADC-DP). She is passionate about building strong clinical teams, fostering ethical and compassionate care, and advancing recovery-oriented systems that empower individuals to achieve lasting change.
