Emmy Hendry, Chief Quality Officer
Emmy is a Limited Licensed Master’s Social Worker with over a decade of experience in social work, beginning in child welfare and evolving into substance use disorder and therapy with adults navigating complex trauma. She received her bachelor's degree in social work and psychology, and her master's degree in clinical social work from Ferris State University. She joined Addiction Treatment Services (ATS) in 2020 as a clinical therapist at Dakoske Hall, where she worked directly with individuals in residential substance use treatment.
In 2022, she stepped into the role of Chief Quality Officer, where she now supports program development, compliance, and quality initiatives across the organization. Her work focuses on strengthening systems of care, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards, and helping create programs that are both effective and genuinely supportive of the individuals they serve.
Emmy brings both clinical depth and systems-level insight to her role. She is passionate about building accessible, trauma-informed services and contributing to meaningful, lasting change in the lives of those navigating recovery. Emmy believes that all individuals have the capacity to live the life that they want and deserve. She values creating an environment that allows individuals to feel inspired to grow, recover, and thrive in their resiliency.
