Admission Information

Here are some things we recommend that you bring for your stay with us. As well as some things you should not bring and other information.

Bring on Day of Admission

	Seven days worth of clothing. You will have access to a washer and dryer, so you do not need to bring more than this.
	Clothing for exercise.
	Bath towels.
	Personal hygiene items such as soap, shampoo, toothpaste.
	Identification (One of these: Drivers License, ID, Social Security Card, Birth Certificate.)
	Cigarettes.
	Prescription medication. *
	Medicaid or other insurance cards.
	W-2 or current paycheck stub.
	Court / Probation documents.
	Alarm clock (with no radio.)
*If you do not bring enough prescription medication for your entire stay, you will not be admitted. Leave at Home
	Cell Phone / Pagers
	Weapons (Knives, Guns, Pepperspray)
	Candy, Pop, Snacks
	Cameras / Video Cameras
	Radios, CD Players, Walkmans
	Mouthwash
	Herbs, Vitamins or Over-the-Counter Medications (Aspirin). Only vitamins prescribed by a doctor in a new sealed bottle are allowed.
You will be getting a drug screen and a breathalyzer test on the day of admission to screen for detox. Phone usage is limited to payphones at night only.
